Description

Sculptural group “Myloserdya” (Mercy) or “Kharyta” (Charites) was opened on December 2, 1910 in front of the children's hospital founded by doctor Hermann Fischer von Mossara for his charitable funds. The author was a sculptor T. Schtundl. The sculpture is dedicated to the memory of the parents of doctor Moses Fisher and Hannah Sarah Fisher. At the opening ceremony the regional marshal von Vasylko was speaking, who emphasized the artistic performance of the monument and its symbolism in the sense of humanity and love of neighbor.
