Description
The orthodox chapel, situated at a depth of 35m, where the Horizon I is located. In this area, the gallery which was carved directly in salt is much wider and its walls have bas-relief sculptures carved in the salt rock, with a religious theme, the recent work of the young sculptors living in the area, some of them being based on similar models from Wieliczka saline, near Cracow.
