This is the branch of the Ntional Bank (today the headquarters of BCR). It is buit in the Romanian style, with a wide stone staircase leading to the beautiful portal, with stone frame, carved with vegetal motifs. The architect of the building is Radu Dudescu, who made its plan and which built it in 1940. The upper floor is made out of red brick, adorned with eight blazons of carved stone, representing the heraldic blazons of the Romanian countries.
