Description

It was established in 1792, during the Austrian occupation, for the Ministry of the Austrian Army and included a number of 1400 livestock units. For a long period of time it was attached to the Lucina Stud Farm, which became independent only after 1856. After the first world war, the stud farm was re-established by the Romanian State and became the owner of 3253ha, arable land, natural grassland, natural pasture, forest, build-up land, roads, etc. today, the stud house is under the tutelage of Suceava Regional Forest Directorate. Visiotrs can ride the pure-bred horses on the specially designed place inside the hippodrome near the stud farm or they can watch horse races.
