The house has a medium height plinth. Is among the very few which still has aside the porch, the verandah arranged on the entire length of the façade, but also on the lateral one, from the street. Unfortunately, the original gaps of these architectural elements have been closed by frames with glass windows. Moreover, the wooden bulwark of the porch and the verandah were covered with white panels, made of plastic, which bedly injures the image of this house. Over time, a series of outbuildings were added, which are placed on the west side. If the recent”innovations” had not existed, the house will be a typical example for the traditional architecture of Suceava.
